As a Lead Grant Writer, she has successfully supported numerous nonprofits and small businesses in acquiring funding. Her expertise also extends to crafting comprehensive business plans and executive summaries, catering to the specific needs of businesses.
With a solid background in journalism, Alicia possesses a wide range of skills including research, editing, formatting, reporting, copywriting, and proofreading. Her proficiency in these areas enables her to deliver high-quality written content across various domains. Furthermore, Alicia has a strong foundation in educational content development, specializing in creating curriculum materials for adult learners using multimedia tools, as well as crafting textbooks and e-learning resources.
Alicia is the CEO of Consultation Boutique, LLC. She holds a Master's degree in Education in Media and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations. These academic achievements have honed her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional research abilities, and organizational skills. She has applied her expertise in both the non-profit sector and the business communication field, effectively leveraging her knowledge to benefit organizations. Tyrique Dunn, a proud native of Athens, Georgia, has been a lifelong advocate for youth and community development. A 2021 graduate of Winston-Salem State University, Tyrique earned his bachelor’s degree while serving as a dedicated percussionist in the renowned Red Sea of Sound Marching Band for four years on scholarship. Following his undergraduate studies, he continued his academic journey, earning a master’s degree from the University of Kansas in 2023.
Tyrique’s connection to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens began in 2003 as a member and has since grown through roles as a camp counselor, enrichment staff, and now as a leadership professional. Though he has gained valuable experience in other professional arenas, his unwavering passion for serving his community has guided him back to the Boys & Girls Clubs.
Today, Tyrique serves as the Director of Delinquency Prevention Initiatives, where he leverages his deep roots in Athens and his dedication to youth empowerment to create impactful programs and foster positive change.
